What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving posture, balance, flexibility and mobility.

Given its adaptability and multi level approach, Pilates is suitable for anyone!

Why Pilates?

Frequency: Classes are available as daily, weekly, monthly sessions or as one-off sessions or masterclasses. Classes range from 20 to 60 minutes, with masterclasses lasting up to 90 minutes.

 

Space: Any room where participants can lay out mats with some space in between, such as a meeting room, waiting area, or communal space, will be sufficient.

 

Location: On-site throughout London or classes can be delivered via zoom if that is preferable / more convenient for those that work at home.

 

Capacity: We can accommodate classes for 2-18 people (given there is the space).

 

Pricing: Payments can be from the company or split directly by employees. Discounts are available for blocks of bookings; please enquire for pricing.

Hello, I'm Abi, the founder of Pilates with Abi. My aim is to get office workers feeling good both physically and mentally through Pilates. I'm passionate about Pilates and the wonderful benefits it brings.

With years of experience under my belt and a passion for expanding knowledge and understanding you can be assured you're in strong hands.
